Graduate students have access to a wide range of support services offered by the University, including: 

University Health & Wellness - Campus and with community partners work together to prioritize and focus on the many components of health and well-being, including Counseling & Psychological Services, Religious & Spiritual Life Initiatives, Student Support Resources, University Health Services, and Wellness Initiatives. 

Student Academic Success Center - A variety of opportunities are available for students including academic coaching, tutoring, supplemental instruction, communication consulting and workshops, accommodations and support for students with disabilities, and language support for English language learners. 

Office of the Student and Faculty Ombudsperson - The student and faculty ombudsperson provides informal, impartial, confidential and independent assistance to faculty and students in managing or resolving issues affecting their work or academics.

Financial Aid - Meeting the cost of a graduate education is a significant, yet rewarding investment. CMU is committed to making it financially possible for graduate students to enhance educational development and reach their career goals.

Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) - MSE and CPDC staff work together closely to support the professional development of students, including assisting them with finding jobs and internships.
